• The Cara Real Estate Department locates all sites. We welcome all new site suggestions, however, should a site you suggest be approved, we reserve the right to determine the best Franchise Partner for that site.
• We also require that Cara holds the head lease.
• Demographic and other studies are carried out to determine suitability of each site.
• The franchise agreement is 20 years with an expiry date related to the current term of the premises lease.
